Bedtime Yoga in Bed
Wanting to stretch and unwind before sleep, but don’t want to leave your warm and cozy bed to do so?
If so, check out this 20-minute class that features gentle, beginner-friendly stretches you can do in bed!
You won’t need any special props for this class, which can be done from your bed or on the floor.
Props to make this class more cozy and comfortable are always nice though!
Ideas include blankets for warmth and pillows or blankets for extra cushion and support. As this class is done entirely laying down, an eye pillow or something similar can be a relaxing option too!
